Profile distribution of Cd,Hg,Pb,As,Cu and Ni in soil from Hefei,Anhui Province

Twenty paddy soil profiles from Hefei,Anhui Province in industrial and agricultural environment,developed on different weathered parent materials and impacted under different environment,were chosen to study the profile distribution of heavy metals(Cd,Hg,Pb,As,Cu and Ni).The average value difference of Cd,Hg in the topsoils was remarkable.Cd,Hg and Pb accumulated in the topsoil obviously,and moved down to deep soil weakly.Light accumulations of Cu and Ni in the topsoil were found in the industrial environment.The distributions of As,Cu,and Ni had little difference in the different profiles.TFe2O3 content and water level impacted the migration of the As,Cu,Ni elements in the paddy soil profile.
