Study on Secretory Characteristics and Enzymolysis Condition of Cellulase System from Tvichoderma Vivide

Through cross experimentation,the optimum compound conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis of various components in a cellulase system from Trichoderma vivide 3.3711 were found to be (pH 5.0,45℃)(of C 1enzyme),(pH3.5,55℃) We analysised and compared highest enzyme activity,enzyme activity ratio,formation time and secretary characteristics of the components during the production process using cellulose,wheat bran and a mixtrue of the two as the carbon source.The results showed that the enzyme activity ratio of C 1 enzyme was relatively stable,and that of C x and βG enzyme varied when using the same carbon source with different concentrations.All enzyme components had the highest enzyme activity ratio when using cellulose powder.Using cellulose powder,highest enzyme activity decreased notably with concentration increases.While enzyme activity increased with increases in wheat bran concentration,activity of C 1 enzyme always had the most dramatic change.The formation time of highest enzyme activity of C x enzyme was shortest and that of βG enzyme was longest.C 1 and C x enzymes had one peak phase of enzyme activity when using cellulose powder and two peak phases when using wheat bran.βG enzyme,no matter what carbon was used,had only one peak.Using the mixed carbon source resulted in similar peak of enzyme activity formation times between the three components,lengthened stability time of peak phases,and increased production of cellulase.
