Effect of Feeding Twotypes Enzyme on Production Performance of Duck

Three hundred Yingtaogu ducks of 1 day were devided into three groups,with 100 ducks in each group.Feed enzyme I (0.15%)containing glucanase,Xylanase,Proteinase and pectinase,and 0.1% of feed enzyme Containing amylase,Xylanase and proteinase were respectively supplemented to experimental group (DE1)and (DE2),while no feed enzyme was added to control group(CK)fed on corn based diets.Contrast feed experiment was conducted in 47 days.The results shown that the duck daily weight gains of DE1 and DE2 groups increased by 5.57%(P0.05)and 4.59%(P0.05),feed to weight of DE1 and DE2 groups decreased by 6.97%(P0.05) and 4.83%(P0.05) respectively,and waterlike feculence rate of two experimental groups decreased obviously when compared with those of CK group.And there was no difference of mortality rate between the three groups.This indicates that feed enzyme is the optimal selected preparation.
