Preparation of Polyurethane-emulsion/Graphite Nanosheets Composite Conductive Coating and Its Electromagnetic Shielding Property

A waterborne conductive coating based on graphite nanosheets (GNs) and polyurethane-emulsion has been developed,the surface conductivity and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the conductive coating were discussed.After the experiment, the optimal parameters for the component are as follows:35 wt% of graphite nanosheets,2 wt% of OP-10 dispersant and viscosity between 160 MPa·s and 180 MPa·s.The best construction process is:ultrasonic dispersion for 30 minutes,controlling the thickness of the coating at about 80 μm and cured at 65℃.Then,the surface resistivity of the conductive coating decreased to 7.5Ω·cm~(-2),and its average shielding effectiveness was about 27 dB (300 kHz~1.5 GHz).
