INTEMOR REAL-TIME INTELLIGENT MONITORING AND ACCIDENT PREVENTIVE SYSTEMS

Safety has always been the top concern in production running. It is of crucial importance for a country to ensure safety of its citizens from casualty as well as loss in property. Thus, how to provide safety and security in production and in people's lives has become one of the biggest economic and social problems facing the governments at all levels. In the past 30 years, large scale investigation and experiments have been done with the methods and applications of fault diagnosis and detection in mathematical and physical ways. However, the research on the accident prevention remains limited. The present paper presents a report on the INTEMOR intelligent real time monitoring and accident preventive system. The so called INTEMOR is a system that has integrated such advanced and diverse technologies as integrated distributed intelligent system, Internet, wireless communication, real time control, database and computer vision in hoping to address the need for the real time monitoring and control for process operation, fault diagnosis, accident prevention and detection into a real time monitoring and accident preventive system. Its successful application has brought about invaluable results and benefits for the industrial sectors and government agencies concerned.
