Analysis and a simplified calculation method of the thermo-moisture exchange between the hot mining roadway wall and the airflow

The paper would like to present an analysis and a simplified calculation method of the ther mo-moisture exchange between the hot mining roadway wall and the airflow.As is known,when calculating the latent heat exchange related to that of the sensible heat exchange,it is not easy to acquire the calculation parameters.The field parameters,such as the air dry temperatures,air humid temperature,convective mass exchange coefficient,in addition to the moisture content of the airflow and water vapor pressure,are all needed to be indirectly concluded so as to make statistical analysis of the large quantities of measured data,because all these parameters may cause the roadway face hot and mass exchange process greatly different and complicated.However,since the working conditions and the mining environment safety contribute a great deal to the successful mining production,it is necessary to simplify the calculation of the heat and moisture exchange and regulate the error correction process into some sensible formulas through the analysis of the relationship between the sensible heat and roadway moisture.It is just for such essential needs that we feel urgent to introduce the relationship between the saturation water vapor and temperature by regulating the Lewis relationship and controlling the convection mass exchange coefficient with the convective heat exchange coefficient.Besides,it is also necessary to combine the convective latent heat exchange and the convective sensible heat exchange into a integrated system,which may represent the saturation water vapor pressure with its temperature function relevance.Therefore,according to the objective conditions of high temperature mining conditions,we have moderately simplified the calculation of the heat and moisture exchange and into some formulas through the analysis of the relationship between the sensible heat and roadway moisture.All of such simplification done as is necessary,the total heat exchange has been worked out by using the total heat exchange formulas under different conditions,and then the heat resources of the water evaporate on the roadway surface were cleared under different roadway surface temperatures and airflow temperatures.
