Manufacture of dynamic electrolysis machine

A kind of dynamic electrolysis machine used in treating the waste hard alloy was introduced in this paper.This machine can be used to electrolyze and grind simultaneously.There was some existent problems in the previous methods,such as the anode was easy to passivate,low Co alloy was difficult to electrolyze,and so on.These problems had been solved by using the present method.Compared with the conventional methods,the production efficiency of the present method is increased by more than 5 times,the cost is reduced by 30%-50%.The quality of the product is better than the others,and can meet the requirements for the productions of powder metallurgy.
