Analysis of dynamics behavior of belt steel mill by rub vibration theories

In belt steel rolling processes,the chatter of rolling mill is common problem which can be observed in most factories of domestic and international.Chatter is easy to accelerate destroyequipments,influence the product quantity,and cause marks covering the strip width etc,sometimes and even appear to break phenomenon.To explain their produce reason several typical simplification model of vibrate form was researched,and the correlations of several typical vibrates was discussed.The main reason of effect quantity of belt steel surface is the self-excited vibrate.
