Sintering ultra-fine WC-10Co compound powder by Sintering+HIP

Ultra-fine WC-10Co compound powder have been sintered by Sintering + HIP process in the lab.The result shows that when the powder being sintered at 1 360 ℃ by Sintering+HIP,compare of vacuum sintering process,the bending strength of the sample has evidently increased 19.95%,the density of the sample has been increased more than 2%,which reaches 97.92 %,the grain size of the sample is fine and even,and the mechanical performance being improved.
