Preparation of nanometer TiO_2 doped with double element and its photo-catalytic activity

HE Kai-ji,ZHANG Sheng-jun,DING Hui,WANG Kai-ming(Nanometer Materials Research Center,University of Science and Technology Liaoning,Anshan 114051,China)  
Adoping nanometer titanium dioxide is prepared in liquid-phase precipitation method,and it was analyzed with TG-DTA,it was characterized with XRD and TEM.The catalysis-degeneration experiments were carried,in which the adoping titanium dioxide was used as the catalysis.The results indicate that the nanometer titanium dioxide,which is mixed with double elements iron and lanthanum,is better than the pure titanium dioxide in photochemical catalysis activeness,the product of nanometer titanium dioxide,which is mixed with 1% of iron and 0.5% of lanthanum and roasted 30 min at 650 ℃,is best in catalysis effect.
