Influence of kickboxing aerobics on mood for female college students

In the rapid development modern society,female college students are undertaking huge psychological burden from many aspects.More and more female students have different degrees of psychological problems.Experimental method is used in this paper.A significant index that affects psychological health is adopted: the mood.It also makes an investigation of different effects made by different frequency and lasting time of exercises of kickboxing aerobics on female students,and the following conclusions are obtained:every form of four kickboxing aerobics has a certain extent of ameliorative function on the female students'mood state.The exercise time mode of 40 minntes and 3 times is better for the ameliorative of mood state.Different time forms of exercise in kickboxing aerobics only have a significant difference in flustration dimension.
