Microstructure and properties of AlCoCrFeNiTi_(0.5) coating prepared by laser cladding

AlCoCrFeNiTi high-entropy alloys coatings were prepared by laser cladding. And the effect of laser parameters on the forming,microstructure and property of the coatings were investigated in the thesis. The results show that the quality of surface coating is good with smooth surface and compact structure when the laser power is 3.5 k W and scanning speed is 300 mm/min. The coating has BCC structure solid solution phase with Al80Cr13Co7 and Al95Fe4Cr complicated phases. The average hardness value is 989 HV when the laser power is3.5 k W.
