Gong Mingqin Chen Yu Wang Fongzhen (The Reaserch Institute of Tropical Forestsy,CAF)  
Nine species of ectomycorrhizal fungi were collected from the main planting areas of eucalypt in throe rovinces inthe South of China.They are Cantharellus minor Pock;Russulasubdepallens Peck;R.aeruginea indhl:Fr.;Amanitopsis vaginata(Bull:Fr.)Roze;Scleroderma polyrhizum Pers.;S.cope Pers.;Pisolithus tinctorius (Pets.) oker et Couch;Boletus sp.andAmanita sp.Among them,the P.tinctorius and S.polyrhizumare of symbiotic fungi for the ost of eucalypts grown inthe local area.Five different inoculation methods on eucalypthave been tested,in which the etter result has been obtainedrein the inoculation with VA mycorrhizs,spores and“Mycobeads”.Field testing result howed that the E.urophyllainoculated spores increased 14.3% in tree height,13.67% inDBM and 5.12m~3/ha in olume igher than those ofuninoculated trees after one year planting.
