Study on Isoenzymes of Polyphenol Oxidase of Nanguoli' s Core,Pulp and Peel

The isoenzymes of polyphenol oxidase of Nanguoli's core,pulp and peel were studiedby means of the polyacrylamide gel vertical slab electrophoresis.Optimum conditions for sepera-tion of the isoenzyme of PPO was the pH 6.5 and the separating glue with concentration of 10%.The bands of peel was more than that of other samples.
