Mathematics Models on Proportion of Types of Employment Contracts

Four models of the proportions of contract types are given in this paper,all of which are based on the theory of undertaking transfer of personnel.In addition,technology update and personnel stability are considered.Three of the four models are based on maximizing the degree of satisfaction,while the other one pursues the maximum of profit.By using these models,decision maker can obtain an optimal proportion easily on his or her own preference after determined all the parameters,considering the current resources.
