Effects of Smart fresh~ on Hardness of Picked Nanguo Pear

The effects of Smart fresh~ on the hardness of Nanguo pear were studied at an internal 10-days during the storage at 15℃.The results showed that the 0.5 ppm Smart fresh~ significandy slowed down the decrease hardness of Nanguo pear during the storage,longed the storage period.The effect of 0.75 ppm is good to the effect of 0.5 ppm.The effects of smart fresh~ on the hardness of Nanguo pear,on september 5and 10,is better than it on september 15.
