Application of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation in Customer Satisfaction of Financial Machinery Industry

In order to quantify customer satisfaction analysis of a financial machinery enterprises,we put forward the product of fuzzy level of customer satisfaction comprehensive evaluation method and build the evaluation index system from features,quality,service and price construction.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) for the various factors affecting the index weight to establish a product for the evaluation of customer satisfaction Level Two fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of mathematical models.Fuzzy level comprehensive evaluation results are taken into account the influence of various factors,fuzzy the treatment and reach the final of the enterprise customer satisfaction scores.
