Research of Fatty Acids in Yellow Croaker by Different Extraction Methods

The fatty acids of Yellow Croaker were extracted by Bligh-Dyer method and soxhlet extraction method,and were analyzed by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry.The results showed that 20 fatty acids were identified Bligh-Dyer method,17 fatty acids were identified by soxhlet extraction method,more fatty oil was extracted by Bligh-Dyer method,and the content of multi-unsaturated fatty acids was also higher than soxhlet extraction method.
