Studies on the Relevance between Quality of Nanguo Pear and Region

The quality of Nanguo pear was affected by many factors,since,Nanguo pear from different sources has a difference in fruit quality.The relevance between quality of Nanguo pear and region was studied through determinating major targets of quality of Nanguo pear.The results showed that the titrate acid and the content of essential oil of Nanguo pear were distinct in different source,while the content of soluble solids were not different.The principal constituent of essential oil of Nanguo pear was different
