The Study of Mechanical Press Intelligent Control System

The Servo spiral fine pressure machine control system has beenstudied in this paper.The hardware of the control system is designed based on the "PC+motion controller" project.The closed-loop control system is formed and the GT 200-SV is the main engine control unit and the ac servo drive and special desingn of servo motor is executive components.On this basis,Visual C++6.0 is choosed an a software decelopments tools and the control system software is designed used by the USES modular and the object-oriented.
