Effects Of FDP On Enzyme And Free Radical Metabolism Of Brain In Exercise-induced Fatigue Rats In The Recovery Phrases

Taking incremental exercise to exhaustion,the authors studied the effects of FDP and enzyme and the metabolism of the free radicals during the recovery after exhaustive exercise in rats.The results showed : immediately after exhaustion,MDA content and LDH activity of brain increased remarkably,but SOD activity decreased dramatically;during the recovery period,TT had a lower MDA content,higher SOD activity and higher LDH activity than TC.It suggests that FDP is well resisted to lipid peroxidation,and it could delay the exercise-induced fatigue.
