Land Problems and Countermeasure in China's Urbanization Process

Urbanization is the evitable tendency of the development in economy and society,but developing too fast will bring a series of negative problems,such as the sharp fall of plantation,low efficiency of land-use,worsening of land environment,etc.These have become disadvantageous factors that will impede the development of China city and coordinating development of urban and rural areas.The main reason of such problem are:there are some shortcomings in land property rights and land use system,land policy don't be enforced completely and the segmental between urban and rural areas.By indicating the reasons,this paper puts forward some proposals to improve and resolve land problems.
