Objective To discuss the role of Thin Prep cytology test(TCT) combined with quantitative analysis of DNA in precancerous cervical lesions screening. Method 648 patients were included in this analysis, and were randomized into three groups with 216 patients in each, taking TCT alone, quantitative analysis of DNA alone, and TCT+DNA quantitative analysis, respectively. Result TCT and quantitative analysis of DNA compared to positive consistent rate, sensitivity [deleted. English with change] and specificity are low and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05),TCT combined with quantitative analysis of DNA and DNA quantitative analysis, TCT compared [into the highest sensitivity, the English language changed] the highest sensitivity but low specificity, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Compared with TCT, both DNA quantitative analysis alone and combined diagnosis are capable of determining the precancerous cervical lesions effectively, while the combined diagnosis is the most reliable one in screening.
