Research on Rheological Characteristics of Rock in the Weak Coal-bearing Strata

WANG Hongwei et al.  
Rheological characteristic is the intrinsic one of the weak rock and the rheological characteristics have to be .considered in design of the weak rock tunnel. Due to the large deformation and difficult supporting of weak rock tunnel, taking the main tunnel of Xiandewang coal mine as an example, a rheological test has been done and the rheological parameters of mudstone have been obtained. Moreover, the direct scientific ba sis was provided for the weak rock tunnel support.
