Numerical Simulation Analysis on Ventilation during Fire in Zhongnansnan Extra-long Highway Tunnel

Using the calculation method in fluid mechanics, the numerical simulation study on ventilation during fire in Zhongnanshan extra-long highway tunnel was carried out. Based on analysis of airflow movement under different longitudinal ventilation and downstream temperature distribution under fire, the effects obtained with different ventilation versions are evaluated. Comparing the results from numerical simulation and related model tests, it is found that the results of simulation calculation are satisfactory.
