Analysis and Application of Prediction for Displacement of Support Construction in Metro Foundation Pit

In the process of foundation pit construction, water level lowering must be taken in order to ensure the construction safety. Due to loss of water, the side ground of foundation pit will inevitably have a change in its physic-mechanical performance, so the values "m" of side ground will also vary constantly. Making use of the information on the deformation of the retaining structure and the parameter of optimized contrary analysis on the values "m" can give the prediction of the deformation by the method of finite elements and adjust excavation scheme and supporting parameter timely. By this approach, the construction can be instructed effectively, and the situation of deformation will be always under the control, so that the safe construction will be guaranteed.
