The Subway Engineering Integrated Management System Based on Risk Management

In this paper the way and concept of subway engineering risk management both at home and abroad are compared,and the development trend of subway engineering risk management is analysed.Connecting the subway engineering risk management with the international general management system indicating all key points probably causing risks and explicit standard,document systems are built up which the whole members are responsible for,thus to form an economical and efficient subway engineering integrated risk management system(SRIMS).By SRIMS it is attempted to melt the subway engineering risk management into "big quality view" system,making use of the coordination and management function of "big quality view" to control key points which may cause the safety loss,and to form a simple and efficient large system,namely the integrated management system.Furthermore the idea giren in this paper enriches the subway engineering risk management mode and.on this base,forward the model of SRIMS is brought.
