The Effective Calculation Method of Rock Bolt in Geotechnical

Aiming at the limitation of rock bolt in the numerical models of finite element method(FEM) in geotechnical engineering at present,the arbitrary orientation rock bolt model is put forward.In this model,the arbitrary orientation through rock masses could be considered.Furthermore,the exact position at the bolt needs not be taken into account when meshing the grids.The information of rock bolts can be automatically generated from the formed rock mass elements,which can accommodate the shoring analysis of slope and complex underground structure,and the optimization design of anchor parameters.The example indicates that,the model is convenient and feasible;the applicability of the numerical simulation for the reinforced rock mass is enhanced.
