Risk Identification and Handling in Construction of Metro Shield Tunnel Project

Based on Shanghai metro M7 line project,the risk identification method is presented,taking dynamic risk identification process as the mainstream and static risk identification as a tool.The risk in construction of metro shield tunnel project is identified with the method above mentioned.On the base of risk identification,the risk handling measurements about some typical risk in construction of metro shield tunnel is studied in accordance with practical experiences,collected data and literatures from previous similar tunnel project in soft soil and tunnel theory.In addition,the risk in the tunnel across Huangpu River tunnel and communication channels between the upline and downline tunnel is analyzed particularly.
