The construction uime of the shotcrete lining in the tunnel construction, currently, used to be determined by the experience with poor reasonability and feasibility. In this paper,by connecting the numerical method and the construction measurement, the author suggested the method for determining the construction time for shortcrete lining with the displacement of measured point in the tunnel before the lining construction and this method was firstly applied in the construction analysis of the "Mawangcao" tunnel. The result indicated that this method was effective in the analysis and comparison of the tunnel construction project
