Improved Forcasting Model to Estimate Landslide Displacement

Because landslide system has uncertain,nonlinear,dynamic and complicated character,it was difficult to describe such a nonlinear characteristics of this system by traditional methods,so the displacement of large and complicated landslide could not be accurately forecasted.The author presented a novel forecasting method which was an alternative and iterative algorithm based on simulated annealing applied in Neural Network.And then,the displacement of a certain landslide was forecasted and generalized,the result is satisf actory,which illustates that the forecasting accuracy is superior to traditional BP Neural Network.So the forecasting model put forward in this paper could give a displacement quickly and accurately,which provided a new thought for civil engineering design and construction.
