The Design of Time Forecasting and Predicting System for the Landslide Based on Mapgis

According to the characteristics of landslide research and the GIS software,this article has discussed the design of time forecasting sad predicting system for the landslide based on the GIS.Through proposing the general clue of landslide time forecast under the GIS support,the design of general frame and various function modules to the system was carried out.This predicting system takes GIS software Mapgis as a platform,and is constituted with sever- al different function modules which developed by the senior programming language.This system may not only provide the basis for preventing and curing of region landslide disaster,and also provide the essential materials for preventing and controlling the single landslide.
