Development and Applications of the Model Test Apparatus on Anti-explosion Structures in Geotechnical Engineering

The model test apparatus on anti-explosion structures in geotechnical engineering has been developed specially for the urgency of scientific research in underground engineering.The apparatus consist of anti-explosion boxes,bottom pit,connected bar system,jack push-and-pull system and wave elimination measures.By use of the apparatus,a model test is carried out to study the destructive effect of penetrating explosion of conventional-weapons in underground engineering and the destructive effect of direct ground shock produced by nuclear explosion in deep-seated project.This article covers the function indexes of the apparatus,the theory of model test,experimental technology and engineering applications.
