Study on the Anchor Length of Frame Supporting Structure with Prestressed Anchors

A new flexible supporting method for deep excavation,namely the frame supporting structure with prestressed anchors,has been developed.The basic composition and main characteristics of this supporting structure are studied,and the length calculation of prestressed anchor is analyzed.Combining the engineering example,the in- fluences of the design parameters,including excavation angle,anchor body diameter,horizontal inclination angle of anchor and spacing between anchors on the anchor length and internal overall safety factor are analyzed based on the principle of the minimum value of safety factor about internal overall stability,then the range of preliminary values of all parameters are given out,which provides the practical guide for the use and development of frame supporting struc- ture with prestressed anchors.
