Analysis for Structural Character of Gravelly Granitic Residual Soil by Compression Test

Through introducing the comprehensive structure potential parameter of the stress,this paper analyzed the structural characters of the granitic residual soil.According to the samples of the granitic residual soil of the construction location in Nanshan district,Shenzhen,the authors had the confined compression tests in their intact,saturated and remoulded state under different water content and dry density,obtained comprehensive structure potential parameter of the stress by compression curve,and received the curve of the structural parameter by it,and inspected how the change of water content and dry density affect the structural character of the granitic residual soil,and found a conclusion that the change of water content and dry density had a remarkable effect on the granitic residual soil.
