Stability Analysis of an Excavation Slope Based on Strength Reduction FDM

With the development of railway construction,the slope engineering is increasingly applied in many different ways.For the sake of recognizing the characters of excavation slope engineering,FLAC~(30) and an elasto-plastic shear strength reduction FDM is used to analyze the stability of two typical cross-sections of a railway excavation slope.The results show that:compared to the slop without support,the area of slip expands,however,the displacement value is decreased.The slip surface is moved to inner part accordingly,and the safety factor is increased.
