Application of Immune Particle Swarm Optimization to Slope Stability Analysis

The analysis of slope stability has uncertainty and it is a complex nonlinear problem,in order to overcome the disadvantage of the traditional slope analysis algorithm as easy to fall into local extremum problem,an improvement has been done through the artificial immune system's vaccination and immune selection mechanism,combined with Particle Swarm Optimization high - performance,robust features.This article applied the Immune Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm,combining the simplified Bishop method,created a numerical analysis model to solve the slope stability coefficient and search the critical sliding surface,practical examples are calculated to verify the immune particle swarm optimization effectiveness and reliability.
