An Anisotropic Elastoplastic Constitutive Model for Layered Rock Masses and Its Implementation

Based on the anisotropic characteristics of deformation and strength of layered rock masses and the McLamore Gray strength criterion,the isotropic Drucker-Prager strength criterion is extended to the layered rock masses by making use of the conversion relationship between the Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion and the Drucker-Prager strength criterion.Then,the anisotropic elasto-plastic constitutive model of layered rock masses is given.And the model is embeded in ABAQUS for stress and deformation analysis of layered rock masses based on the deduction of the implicit intergration algorithm and consistent tangent modulus.
