Numerical Model Research of Super Deep Shaft Sidewall Destruction

The non-mining damage of shaft occurred frequently in China.Especially,it may manage to occur repeatedly after repair.This causes heavy losses to the coal industry in China.The vertical additional force on the shaft is regarded as the main reason.This article takes the actual shaft as an example to establish a three-dimensional integral finite element model of double reinforced concrete sidewall by the software of ANSYS.The stress and strain at the time of sidewall damage as the vertical additional force change is investigated in this article,as well as the plastic zone location,the damage form and time.A set of numerical methods which can forecast the sidewall damage is established.The result of this method coincides well with the practical situation.This forecasting method can be used widely in the coal industry in China.This may be a good protection for the coal industry.
