Dynamic Risk Management for Simultaneous Construction of Stations in Rail Transit Systems

At present,in about 40 domestic cities there are planning or building of a lot of urban rail transit lines.Simultaneous construction of metro stations is necessary in order to ensure construction schedule,which will greatly increase the difficulty of the construction work and risk management.Furthermore,this probably results in various risks of engineering accidents or the risk of serious impact on surrounding areas of the third party.According to the characteristic of simultaneous construction of foundation pits,this paper presents the mode and implementation of the dynamic risk management by the method of engineering dynamic risk management.Based on the construction of foundation pits in Urban Rail Transit Line 1 of Suzhou City,the research of in-situ application is conducted.A practical risk management procedure and operation method is formed,which will give some technical reference and guidance for risk management of similar metro projects.
