Analysis of the Maximum Temperature in Fire Scenario Design of Road Tunnel

The maximum temperature is a key parameter in fire scenario design;it can decide the deteriorated degree of the mechanic properties of the lining material.In this paper,through the analysis of the fire cases at home and abroad,the maximum temperature of different vehicles during fire in highway tunnel is proposed.The fire experiments also show that the ventilation has a notable influence on peak Heat Release Rate and the maximum temperature in highway tunnel and the consequence is related to the classes of fire.Finally,the empirical correlations to predict the maximum temperature and ventilation velocity in different kinds of fire are proposed based on the analysis of the fire experiments,.
