Study on Contribution of Segmented Protection Wall to Vertical Bearing Capacity of Manual Digging Pile

In order to study the contribution of the protection wall of manual digging pile to the vertical bearing capacity of the pile,we explored unified quantitative formulas of numeration about contribution of segmented retaining wall to the vertical bearing capacity of the manual digging pile.Besides,we used finite element programs ANSYS to construct a three-dimensional interaction numerical model between the manual digging pile and soil medium with or without supporting wall,then calculation and analysis were carried out.The results show that under the given parameters of this article,the contribution of segmented retaining wall to the vertical bearing capacity of the pile according to bearing capacity control reached 20%;the unified quantitative formulas has been proposed about contribution of segmented retaining wall to vertical bearing capacity of the pile according to bearing capacity control,which has some reference significance.
