Local modified and controlled fragmentation experimental study on small caliber grenades

The relation between high - energy - beam local property modified technique and its fragment is investigated using simulation shell. The influence of crack source location on fragment is compared by interior modified technique and exterior modified technique. It is proved that hing - energy - beam local modified technique can meet the fragmentation requirement of small caliber grenades.
