Research development of surface anticorrosion treatment on magnesium alloy

Magnesium alloy has a lot of excellent performances,but the lower corrosion resistance limits its further application and development.This paper reviews the ways of surface anticorrosion treatments on magnesium alloy in recent years,including chemical conversion,anodic oxidation,electroplate/electroless plate,physics deposition,thermal spraying,ion implanted,laser treatment et al,and summarizes the merits and defects of each method,finally puts forward some viewpoints about the development of surface anti-corrosion treatment.
