Influence of welding heat process on microstructure and mechanical properties of welding line of X100 steel pipeline

The different welding process parameters were used for X100 pipeline steels welding,the microstructure and mechanical performance of the base metal were tested,and the microstructure and the mechanical performance of the base metal and welding line were compared and analyzed.The results show that the microstructure of welding line which experiences different welding heat process,is coarser than that of base metal,and the microstructure is mainly composed of carbonless bainite;after different welding heat process,the impact toughness is better than that of base metal,the tensile strength and yield strength are basically consistent with those of base metal.
