EFFECT OF REPRESSING ON STRENGTH OF COPPER-GRAPHITE OIL MATERIAL

Ding Huadong, Dept. of Materials, Xi′an Jiaotong University, Xi′an 710049 Hao Hongqi, Li Yawen, Jin Zhihao
The effect of repressing on the bend strength, elastic modulus and density of this material as well as the mechanism was investigated, and the result showed the properties above were improved greatly by repressing, the ratio of oil content to the pore increased when repressing, and the repressing pressure could be reduced just by controlling the oil content infiltrated. SEM study showed the fracture morphology was different before and after repressing.
