A Study of the Poetry and Gathering Responsory Activities in the Prophase of Song-ren-zong Dynasty

The Gathering Responsory activities in Song-ren-zong Dynasty were frequent and the features were outstanding.The artcle studied these activities of Literator Groups in Luoyang,Longmen,Songshan,Huiy-in Garden.The content of the poetry was based on nature sites and political envents and friendship.In style, they attempted to mode HAN Yu' s style which concentrated on narration and discussionl.The poetry took differ-ent forms of rhymes and in language,it was skillful in using beautiful words and in style,the pattern was five-word or seven-word patterns in each line.All these features reflected the new characteristics of poetry develop-ment.
