Low Power,Low Ripple and Controllable Biased Circuits for APD

ZENG Yu min (School of Physics Science and Technology, Nanjing Normal University, Nanjing 210097, CHN)  
This paper presents two high efficient, low power, low ripple and controllable high voltage conversion circuits, which are very suitable for the biased circuit for APD. The descriptions of application of the circuits are also given.
