Diode-pumped Single-frequency Nd:YVO_4 Green Laser

The single-frequency operation of a LD end-pumped laser is realized by means of multi-cavities and a Brewster plate.The LD-pumped single-frequency green laser has been demonstrated by optimizing several parameters and cavity length,with precise temperature controlling of the Nd:YVO_4,KTP and laser diode.When the incident pump power is 500 mW at 808 nm,38 mW single-frequency CW green laser at 532 nm is obtained,with the optical-to-optical conversion effciency of up to 7.6 % .
