FBG Wavelength Demodulation Based on Tunable Narrowband Laser

An FBG wavelength demodulation approach based on tunable narrowband laser is proposed.The software is programmed on LabVIEW,which can perform the remote tuning control and signal processing.Temperature sensing experiment shows that the wavelength detection sensitivity of 0.01nm/℃ and temperature sensitive coefficient of 6.3×10~(-6)/℃ are obtained.The temperature resolution is calculated to be above 0.2℃ while the corresponding wavelength resolution is superior to 2pm.
